Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your product, this policy becomes invalid. The day the tracking company marks the order “delivered” is the day we count as the 1st day in the 14 days.
We try to process your order as soon as we can to ensure that it reaches you on time. For this reason, once an order is made, it cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns or exchanges! However, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Please make sure that you read our product descriptions carefully and check our size charts to ensure you choose the size that corresponds with your measurements. If you need help with deciding on what size to choose, send us a quick message and we'll help you out.
Refunds & Replacements
You are eligible for a refund if:
- you received a damaged/defective item upon arrival
- you received the wrong color/style of item due to our error
If you received an item that was damaged upon arrival or the wrong item, no worries. We ask that you send us your order number and clear pictures of the damaged/wrong item. We will gladly send you a replacement free of cost.
If you received a damaged item and do not want a replacement, you can send us your order number along with clear pictures of the damaged item and opt for your money back. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. Please contact us if there is any problem with your refund. We're here to help and want to make things right.
Missing or Late Package
If you have not received your order within the shipping time allotted to your location, please send us an email and we will track the status of your order. Please be patient my darkling, your package is on the way!
If the status of your order is "delivered", we kindly ask that you contact your local post office and communicate with them. Also, please note that we are not responsible for any possible custom's holding time or fees in your country. We will send an immediate replacement if you did not receive your package after following the above steps.
PLEASE double check that you have entered your correct address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders that have been delivered to the incorrect address that you provided us and you will not be refunded or sent a replacement.
