- Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes. Currently we ship to 13 countries around the world. If you don't see your country on the list, send us an email and we'll see what we can do for you.
- Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover), Paypal, and Apple Pay. All payments are done on a safe and secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.
- Q: Can I pay in US dollars, euros, or other currency?
A: All of our prices are in USD but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank/PayPal/Stripe will deduct the amount equal to your order-total. This is all done automatically for you when you have checked out. We have a built in currency converter on the site, but this is a guide only. We are not responsible for any discrepancies due to exchange rates.
- Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free in the US no matter how much you spend. For the rest of the world, shipping is $5 if you spend less than $50 and free if you spend over $50. Yay!
- Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Please allow up to 2 to 7 days for us to process your order. Do not forget to refer to the shipping times to see when your order will arrive. If you have not received your order within the shipping time allotted to your location, please send us an email and we will track the status of your order. Please be patient my darkling, your package is on the way!
- Q: Dude, where's the rest of my order?
A: If you ordered multiple items, you may receive them as separate packages. Don't worry, everything you ordered is on the way.
