  • Q: Do you sell any brands?

A: Yes, we are official resellers for some of your favorite brands like Demonia, Punk Rave, Dark In Love, Restyle, Devil Fashion, Eva Lady, Kreepsville 666, Alchemy Gothic, and Hades Footwear (more brands coming soon)!!

 

  • Q: Where is the size chart?/ What size should I pick?

A: The Dark Side of Fashion sells a variety of brands that have their own way of sizing items and the sizes are likely to vary across brands. For this reason, every product page has a size chart for you to compare your exact measurements and pick the size that corresponds with your measurements. If you need help with deciding on what size to choose, send us a quick message and we'll help you out :)

 

  • Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Yes this depends on your item. Please read our returns & refund policy page for all information about refunds. We do not accept returns for made to order items such as mugs.

 

  • Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We try to process orders as soon as possible. For this reason, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. 

 

  • Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, most items do ship worldwide, however, there are some items that only ship within the US and that will be clearly stated on the product page under "shipping details". Currently we ship to 32 countries around the world. If you don't see your country on the list, send us an email and we'll see what we can do for you. Please note that we are not responsible for any possible custom's holding time or fees in your country. Please learn more about the import fees in your country before purchasing. International customers who refuse to pay the customs fees in their country and decline packages will not be refunded. You are responsible for understanding the customs laws and fees in your country.

 

  • Q: How does shipping work?

A: We collaborate with brands from all over the world and your orders are shipped either from The Dark Side of Fashion office or directly from our retail partners' facilities. You can find more information about shipping on each product page. After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive another email from us with your tracking information. 

 

  • Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is free in the USA and only $14.99 worldwide!

 

  • Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for us to process and then ship out your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information for your order. Each product page shows the shipping time for that item but please do not forget to refer to the shipping times page to see when your order will arrive. If you have not received your order within the shipping time displayed on the product page or allotted to your location, please send us an email and we will track the status of your order. Please do not worry my darkling, your package is on the way! 

If the status of your order is "delivered" but you did not receive your package, we kindly ask that you contact your leasing office, local post office and USPS or DHL customer service and communicate with them. Please note that we do not have control over packages once they have been handed over to the shipping couriers. We are also not responsible for any packages that you think may have been stolen and you will not be refunded if the status of your order is "delivered". 

 

  • Q: Do you offer rush or expedited shipping?

A: WE DO NOT DO RUSH ORDERS. If you need your item(s) by a specific date please look at our shipping times and plan your purchase accordingly. We understand it can be frustrating waiting for a package, however, our shipping times are clear and we cannot take the blame if you did not get your order before that specified time. 

 

  • Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover), Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are done on a safe and secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.

 

  • Q: Can I pay in US dollars, euros, or other currency?

A: All of our prices are in USD but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank/PayPal/Stripe will deduct the amount equal to your order-total. This is all done automatically for you when you have checked out. We have a built in currency converter on the site, but this is a guide only. We are not responsible for any discrepancies due to exchange rates.

 

  • Q: How can I take care of my jewelry?

A: We recommend that you do not shower or swim in your accessories to keep them looking their best.
