RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Your happiness is highly important to us at The Dark Side of Fashion. We strive to provide great customer service and we want you to feel comfortable and confident shopping with us. To make your experience the best, we will do all that we can to answer your questions and help solve any issues with your order. We want to make you a happy bat, not a sad bat. 

Before placing your order, PLEASE make sure that you read our product descriptions, shipping times, and check our size charts that are located on each product page. The Dark Side of Fashion sells a variety of brands that have their own way of sizing items and the sizes are likely to vary across brands. For this reason, every product page has a size chart for you to compare your exact measurements and pick the size that corresponds with your measurements. If you need help with deciding on what size to choose, send us a quick message and we'll help you out :)

Cancellations

We try to process your order as soon as we can to ensure that it reaches you on time. For this reason, once an order is made, it cannot be cancelled

Returns & Refunds

  • We do accept returns on most items (excluding made to order items) and our refund policy is valid for 30 days. This means that you have 30 days from the time the shipping courier marks your package as "delivered" to reach out to us and request a full refund. After the 30 day time period, the refund policy becomes invalid. 
  • We DO NOT accept items returned to us that are worn, used, and without their original tags and packaging.
  • We DO NOT accept items that have been returned to us with animal hair or have been exposed to smoke. 
  • We DO NOT accept returns for made to order items such as mugs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and returns must be sent to us with a tracking number.
  • We DO NOT refund shipping costs for international orders.
  • Once we have received your return, the item will be assessed, and if the item meets the requirements for returns (unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging), a refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • International customers who refuse to pay customs fees in their country and decline packages will not be refunded. You are responsible for understanding the customs laws and fees in your country before ordering.

Missing or Late Packages

If you have not received your order within the shipping time displayed on the product page or allotted to your location, please send us an email and we will track the status of your order. 

If the status of your order is "delivered", we kindly ask that you contact your leasing office, local post office and USPS or DHL customer service and communicate with them. Please note that we do not have control over packages once they have been handed over to the shipping couriers. We are also not responsible for any packages that you think may have been stolen and you will not be refunded if the status of your order is "delivered". Also, we are not responsible for any possible custom's holding time and fees outside of the USA. 

Incorrect Address

PLEASE double check that you have entered your correct address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders that have been delivered to the incorrect address that you provided us and you will not be refunded. 

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item due to our error, no worries. We ask that you send us your order number and clear pictures of the wrong item. We will gladly send you a free return shipping label for the wrong item and a replacement or refund.
